I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have found that some normal/safe (ie. Govenerment ) websites are randomly being blocked.I had Norton antivirus which I blamed it on and uninstalled but the problem is still persisting.I have no other antivirus, only windows firewall.Even when I turn off windows firewall it still comes up that my internet access is blocked and that my firewall or antivirus may have blocked it. I completely uninstalled my Avast antivirus software, and I did the clean boot as suggested. Upon restarting my computer, I was able to access all sites.One curious thing to note.
